  • Ensure that provided content does not violate copyright, trademark or legal regulations
  • Make payments according to agreed timelines

Any delays caused by lack of communication or incomplete information may affect project delivery timelines.

4. Payments & Billing

  • All payments must be made as per the agreed quotation or invoice.
  • Advance payments may be required before starting a project.
  • Delayed payments may result in temporary suspension of services.
  • Payments once made are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

AC Advertising & Marketing Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to revise pricing for ongoing or future services with prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All original designs, creatives, strategies, content and marketing materials created by AC Advertising & Marketing Pvt. Ltd. remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received.

    Clients retain ownership of their brand assets, logos and provided materials.

    We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, social media or promotional materials unless agreed otherwise.

6. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information, marketing strategies, login credentials and project-related data shared during the course of work.

    We do not sell, distribute or misuse client information.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as:

  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

  • LinkedIn
  • WordPress
  • Canva
  • Other advertising or marketing tools

We are not responsible for policy changes, account suspensions, algorithm updates or technical issues caused by third-party platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

AC Advertising & Marketing Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for:

  • Business losses or revenue decline
  • Platform-related issues
  • Delays caused by external services
  • Temporary website or server downtime
  • Unforeseen technical issues

While we strive to deliver effective marketing solutions, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or sales results.

9. Revisions & Project Changes

Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the agreed project scope.

Additional revisions, major design changes or scope expansion beyond the original agreement may incur additional charges.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with prior written notice.

AC Advertising & Marketing Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases involving:

  • Non-payment
  • Abusive behavior
  • Illegal activities
  • Violation of agreed terms

Any completed work up to the termination date remains payable.
